Role priorities
? Reseller Sr. Sales Manager will report direclty to the VP China & Asia Pacific
? Guide and assist to select, establish, develop and coordinate the local reseller network to grow Camfil APC business
? Responsible for setting up dedicated technical engineering support team
? Responsible for Preparation of technical and commercial presentation to reseller
? Recruit and train sales team to work with local resellers in territory to help close business
? Coach and manage sales teams to serve for the customers/resellers for installtion of our equipment
? Organize and manage resellers china meeting and exhibitions
? Liaise with other internal department, such as Production, HR, logistics, Finance & Administration & after sales services
Authority and control
? Insures that all members of the reseller team meet or exceed all activity standards and prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals
? Qualifying management and delegates authority and responsibility with accountability
? Monitoring of resellers performance and replace the underperformers
Education & Work experience
? At least 5 years’ relevant sales/project & managerial experience in waste gas treatment related market.
? Experience working for a multinational corporation in China
? Experience managing relationships with resellers and channel partners.
? University Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
Masters or advanced degree in Engineering or Business is a plus
Skills
? Knowledge of dust collection equipment and systems preferred
? People management skills.
? Communication skill, presentation skill, social & interpersonal skills
? Logistic thinking and Analytical, open-minded, integrity
? Computer skill with experience with ERP and Microsoft products
