记录客户要求及投诉内容，及时进行处理；
追踪客户需求，关注解决进展，督促并协调客户需求及时解决；
客户相关信息录入管理，建立客户档案；
完成上级交办的其它工作。

要求：
大专以上学历，有客户接待和服务经验；
优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
