职位描述：
1. 了解店铺装修的设计要求和具体标准，能与公司内部人员及经销商做良好的沟通，按要求完成开店施工进度计划表；
2. 能独立完整绘制施工图，效果图；
3. 熟悉商场空调，消防等常规性知识并协助店铺及施工方的各项与工程相关的证照的办理；
4. 准备店铺装修进场事宜及装修物料预算制作，采购及报价核对；
5. 对工程中的施工安全、工程质量、制作规范进行监督与指导；
6. 协助施工队施工过程中出现的问题，及时与商场及店铺人员沟通协调；
7. 负责工程完工后与各部门的沟通协调，并完成店铺验收工作；
8. 负责店铺及办公室的日常维修工作；
9. 负责装修各项费用申请，月度工程款付款计划及并制作月度工作总结；
10. 做好工程文件，合同及图纸的签收、分类、编目、归档工作；
11. 完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职资格
1. 有英文基础优先，工程、建筑等相关专业，熟练绘图软件；
2. 有较强的沟通能力，为人正直谦虚，能承受一定的工作压力；
3. 五年以上服装行业商场现场施工经验，良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神；
4. 能够适应经常性出差；
5. 能够独立完成工程项目的实施、安装与监督工作。 举报 分享
