Job summary and key objectives
Reseller Sales Manager is responsible for selling Camfil APC products by recruiting, training and enabling channel partners who focus on dust collection and oil & Emulsion-mist collection within the territory. They will set up the local reseller network to grow APC business and set up monitoring of reseller performance and replace the underperformers to help increase profitibility for Camfil APC.

Role priorities
? Regional Reseller Sales Manager will report direclty to the VP China & Asia Pacific
? Guide and assist to select, establish, develop and coordinate the local reseller network to grow Camfil APC business
? Responsible for setting up dedicated technical engineering support team
? Responsible for Preparation of technical and commercial presentation to reseller
? Recruit and train sales team to work with local resellers in territory to help close business
? Coach and manage sales teams to serve for the customers/resellers for installtion of our equipment
? Organize and manage resellers china meeting and exhibitions
? Liaise with other internal department, such as Production, HR, logistics, Finance & Administration & after sales services 举报 分享
