职位描述：
Job Responsibilities - Production Manager

a. Production management
- Manage a team of workers on a manufacturing shop floor
- Implement and sustain company policies and procedures in order to guide team member’s work
- Regularly track production KPIs (e.g., Safety, Output, Productivity, Material efficiency, On-time delivery, complaints)
- Manage and balance production resources to ensure right first time and on time delivery of finished goods to our customers
- Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and stabilize quality
- Prepare and insure significant ramp up of production capacity
- Implement KAIZEN and continuously reduce 7 types of wastes according to Hermes Lean System
- Improve and sustain 5S standards on the shop floor

b. Quality management
- Maintain ISO system, organize internal and external audit
- Complete Quality Control test, ensure analysis of Raw Material and Finished Goods, and take corrective/preventive actions if any non-conformance arises
- Use quality tools to improve production quality and reduce customer complaints continuously

c. Equipment maintenance
- Implement and control yearly/monthly equipment maintenance plan
- Implement and control daily/monthly facility check list
- Organize and optimize the production facilities to fit the output and quantity/quality demand
- Manage spare parts and consumables


Qualification Requirements

- Technical Background and bachelor degree or above
- 5 years or above production and maintenance management experience
- Leadership personality
- Ambition to support growth in dynamic, changing environment
- Fluent English
- Fluent Chinese

岗位职责-生产经理

 a.生产管理
- 负责生产车间的员工管理
- 执行保持公司政策和程序，指导员工的日常工作
- 定期跟踪生产 KPI（安全，产量，生产效率，材料利用率，准时交货率，投诉等）
- 管理和调配生产资源，确保产品的一次成功和准时交付
- 以效率提升，成本下降和质量稳定为目标的生产工艺持续优化
- 为产能爬坡做好准备和规划
- 推行精益生产，持续改善和7种浪费
- 保持车间的5S标准

 b.质量管理
- 维护 ISO 体系，组织开展内外部体系审核
- 做好原料和成品的质量检测和分析，合理处置不合格品，及时采取纠正和预防措施
- 使用质量工具来不断提高生产质量，减少客户抱怨

 c.设备维修
- 实施年度和月度设备维护计划
- 实施每日/每月设施点检
- 调配、优化生产设施以满足产量和质量的要求
- 管理备品配件及耗材

资格要求
- 工科学士或以上
- 5年或以上生产和设备管理经验
- 具有领导能力
- 具有在动态变化的环境中帮助公司成长的强烈意愿
