职位描述：
1. Daily reception jobs including phone picking up, visitors receiving,
2. Employee business card arrangement
3. Update phone list monthly and meeting room booking coordinator
4. Office consumable and stationery purchasing and managing
5. Office housekeeping and plant management
6. Collaborate with other dept. for meetings and company events
7. Visitors accommodation and transportation arrangement ;
8. Employee travel ticket booking and hotel reservation
9. Reception courier management
10. Office H&S coordinator
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager

1、 College graduate or equivalent
2、 About 1-2 years’ office administration experience
3、 Efficient, well-organized, self-motivated, Independent, work well under pressure
4、 Excellent communication & coordination skills
