MISSION 使命
Support Finance Controller to implement Finance policy and Finance task , Monitor all activities is compliance with Corporate Finance Policy also regulation from government.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS 主要工作职责
?Prepares the payment orders respecting the due dates for the approved invoice and the documents of foreign currency payment according to SAFE’s requirement
?VAT invoice billing based on SAP billing and information published on Customer website
?Cash box (petty cash) evidence and cash box control, follow-up of the employee advance and expenses reimbursement
?Responsible for regular cash inventory check
?Bank related issue and bank reconciliation
?Monthly tax report claim and regular tax task communication
?Direct Cash Fcst
?Other task assigned by Finance Controller
KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS
?No significant mistake/red point in All Audit activities
?Controlling activities & Month end closing
?Payment handling
?Regular Tax report
?Reports
KEY INTERFACES
?Local government audit/Internal Audit
?Month end closing
?Payment on e-bank and reconcile
?Tax claim based on government deadline
?Regular report from government/corporate
PROFILE REQUIRED
Personal Background
?Bachelor degree or above, Major in Finance & Accounting is preferred
?At least 3 year experience in Finance filed in plant
Skills & Abilities
?Be familiar with local Accounting regulation and Tax
?ERP system (SAP is plus) experience
?Cross department communication
?Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
?Mature, independent, high sense of responsibilities
