Responsibilities:

1. Support HR & Admin Manager to drive T&D policies and procedures to meet business development and people strategy, and ensure its effective implementation.
2. Compose and implement annual training plan according to training needs and budget, maintain world class training system and analyze training effectiveness to meet company KPI.
3. Design and implement training and development programs that are value added to the business and contributing to the overall talent development.
4. Develop and implement appropriate training strategies, courseware and job-aids to support and steam line the learning process.
5. Build and maintain internal trainer resources, external vendors and other relevant institution.
6. Manage and maintain Individual Performance Management workflow for China and work closely with corporate HR for maintain and develop performance management system.
7. Act as a core internal trainer for HR courses and basic competency course such as TTT, etc, provide consultancies and advices to other functions on people development, performance management and HR training and development policies and systems.
8. Maintain necessary training report , and support all internal and external audits.
9. Other assignments according to the HR Manager's arrangement.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor degree
2. with 5+ years T&D experience in multinational companies with 2+ years of people management skill, preferred in Auto industry or large size manufacturing companies.
3. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
4. Result orientated, being collaborative, a good team player, logical and analytical thinking.
5. Fluent in speaking and writing English.
6. Solid knowledge and skill of HR management, especially in T&D and retention area, knowledge of SAP system will be a plus.
