Mission:
To provide best customer care support for sales team in China to achieve maximum customer value.
Major responsibilities:
1, Support sales on calls, faxes, customer needs communication, etc.;
2, Contract Management, maintain contract files according to CR Prokura, including Contract Checking & Stamp & Posting;
3, Sales Order booking, stock checking, following up the delivery schedule, feedback to sales or customers;
4, Monitor the order status, communicate with sales/credit control closely, delivery arrangement;
5, Communicate with VAT issuing team and Post VATs to customers (keep VAT copies);
6, OOH report twice 2 week;
7, Support AR collection;
8, Others required by the Manager.
Job Requirement:
1, SAP and Lotus Notes experience is plus.
2, College degree or above;
3, Have experience in Supply Chain or Sales/Marketing Support;
4, Very good English in both spoken and written;
5, Good computer skills including Microsoft skills;
6, Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit .
This is a position for the intern,the students in the university.
