3. 负责协调总经理与总公司、各部门以及其他分公司之间的信息传递、沟通的工作。

4. 负责分公司会议的安排、通知、记录、简报和分公司大事记录等工作。

The arrangement, notice, record, brief report of meetings; record the big events of the company

5. 负责分公司内勤会议室的管理，确保合理安排、有序使用。

6. 负责公司员工出差、接待票务、酒店的预订等工作。

岗位要求：

2020应届毕业生，本科以上学历，英语或文秘专业，英语听说读写能力好。

Bachelor's degree， majoring in English or Secretary，professional in English.

能够熟练运用计算机完成日常工作。

Be familiar with using computer to finish daily work.

具备良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神。

Good at communication, organization and full of teamwork

为人思维严谨、表达力强、责任心强、善于管理、组织、协调工作。
