Job Responsibility:
1. Create PO in SAP according to supplier, price and lead time input from purchaser;
2. Prepare payment requisition, get signed and transfer to finance after goods and invoice received, ensure sample payment was going to supplier on time;
3. Create sample PO in SAP according to supplier, price and lead time input from purchaser;
4. Follow order delivery and update status to internal customer;
5. Create outsourcing order and follow-up;
6. Liaise with the suppliers to ensure quantity issues;
7. Clear freight with forwarder;
8. Other work assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. 1 year and above relevant working experience;
2. Good command of Mandarin and English language;
3. Be experienced in purchasing/sourcing/Logistic;
4. Experience in SAP system will be a plus;
5. Good communication skill, high performance under pressure, the adaptability under new environment, rapid learning capacity;
6. Strong self-motivated and responsibility sense.
