职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Follow up the process change and coordinate the team for the change implementation.
2.Documentation of internal change request and tracking the ECR for customer approval.
3. Control the ICR and ECR for the process change.
4.Assure fulfillment of Quality Management requirements and ISO/TS Auditing in regards to all technical documentation distribution and filing.
5.Keep close contact with IE and Quality.
6.Understand production department´s requirements in regards to capacity and follow up with IE department about the equipment transformation.
7.Coaching of Change Management team.
8.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
1.3-5 years of work experience in automotive industry.
2.Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering.
3.Knowledge or release procedures in automotive industry.
4.Good organizational and communication skills
5.Ability to lead a team to communicate in negotiations with assertiveness and skills. 举报 分享
