职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责人事、行政相关工作。
2、协助上级做好人事规划、招聘、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作。
3、负责行政后勤等日常行政管理。
4、协助上级完善规范化管理制度；综合调研、收集与企业相关的政策法规和信息。
5、协调各部门的关系，加强部门间的沟通联系，为各部门解决具体问题。
6、负责公司外联及各项活动的组织。

任职资格
1、两年以上人力资源或行政管理工作经验。
2、具有较强的语言表达能力、人际交往能力、应变能力、沟通能力及解决问题的能力。
3、善于人际沟通协调，责任心强，考虑问题全面细致，性格开朗，有团队合作精神。
4、熟悉人力资源和劳动人事法规政策。
5、有企业行政管理知识，熟悉公司法律事务处理程序。
6、熟练使用各种办公软件，有总经理助理工作经验尤佳。 举报 分享
