职位描述：
1、制定ESD年度稽核计划，主导推进公司ESDS20.20体系在内部的实施与稽核；按计划及管控项目监控、稽核并确保公司ESD体系的有效运行；
2、建立、引进、修订ESD体系完备的ESD管理程序、控制规范及作业指导书，持续完善和优化ESD防护体系标准文件；
3、建立ESD物料清单，监控各个部门执行情况，定期或者不定期的检查汇总报告；并对高速使用的防静电材料的防静电测试及验收等；
4、督导技术员对ESD环境进行监控，定期(周、月、季度、年)或不定期汇报监测、检查结果，根据需要提交书面监测、检查报告，持续收集分析ESD相关数据，确保数据的真实性、及时性、准确性、完整性；
5、公司防静电设备，工装及新产线ESD布线指导及ESD评估和验收；
6、公司全员的防静电意识教育训练及考核；制作相关的ESD培训资料；
任职要求：
1.了解防静电材料的组成及其防护原理，熟悉ESD检测仪器的使用、维护，熟悉ESD管控流程。
2.熟悉ESD静电防护工程设计、管理和检测项目，具备良好组织协调与应变能力，沟通及人际交往能力佳。
3.熟悉ESD相关标准，如：ANSI/ESD S20.20、JESD625和IEC61340-5-1等实施定期培训。 举报 分享
