Principle Accountabilities
关键职责
1.Handles Skills Assessment Procedure and executes annual training plan
实施岗位技能评估程序,执行年度培训计划
2.Assists to set up the training policies, training plan, training budget
协助建立培训政策、培训计划和预算
3.Identifies the skills and experiences needed for maximum performance
识别最优绩效所必需的技能与经验要求
4.Designs and conducts training program
设计和执行培训计划课程
5.Updates competency model and identify relevant behaviors
更新能力模型并识别与之匹配的行为
6.Handles Skills Assessment Procedure for future runs as well
管理技能评估程序并确保未来运行良好
7.Executes annual training plan and reviews/updates within each department monthly
执行年度培训计划,并与各部门每月回顾更新
8.Responsible for training results evaluation and improves the training effectiveness
负责培训效果评估并提高培训效率
9.Manages/develops internal trainer team, may coach junior trainers.
管理和发展内部讲师团队,根据需要培养新培训讲师
10.Maintain Training Centre of Plant and manage its operation
维护和管理工厂培训中心
Positions Requirements
岗位能力要求
Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources or Psychology or equivalent
人力资源管理或心理学等相关专业本科以上学历
3 years or more relevant experience in HR, experience in foreign-owned enterprises or JVs will be an added advantage
3年或以上HR相关工作经验,有外企或合资单位经验者更佳
Good command of English
