岗位职能:

- Achieve department targets for sales, profit, shrinkage, availability and stock control by implementing the highest standards of
daily basic management.
- 通过在日常基础管理中运用最高的标准，来实现部门销售、利润、损耗及库存等指标。
- Use knowledge of the customer and marketplace to take advantage of promotions and opportunities that will help the
department to achieve its target.
- 通过运用客户和市场知识，把握促销和时机使部门完成既定的目标。
- Influence article price and promotion offers by the collecting accurate price information and coordinating with Store Assistant.
- 通过收集准确的价格信息及与商场助理的协作，影响商品价格和促销活动。
- Work directly with target customers and Offer Management to achieve profitable turnover growth.
- 直接面向目标客户和商品管理部开展工作，从而达成销售利润的增长。
- Department performance with regards to commercial KPI results, promotion execution, customer satisfaction and stock
availability.
- 通过KPI结果、促销的执行、顾客满意度和有效库存管理部门绩效。


职位要求:

- Understanding of the retail / whole sale environment and the assortment structure, processes, systems and procedures
therein.
- 了解零售/批发行业环境及分类结构、操作流程、体系和程序
- Understanding of Metro processes and procedures
- 了解麦德龙的操作流程及程序
- Detailed knowledge of products relating to responsible department
- 熟知所负责部门的商品知识
- Organised and able to follow detailed working procedures
- 能组织并遵循详细的工作流程
- Strong management ability
- 较强的管理能力
- Strong selling skills; especially in a B2B environment
- 较强的销售技巧，特别是在B2B环境中
- Self Disciplined with ability to work under stress

- Training and coaching skills

- Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in a retail or wholesale environment
