？ at least 5 years experience in Quality / Manufacturing Department of a multinational company, better in Automot ive environment
？ good command of written and spoken English

？ 了解汽车行业特别是发动机行业生产工艺及生产流程

？ 执行精益生产（或同类型）标准，与其他部门一同计划及执行精益生产类的生产项目，了解WCM（世界级制造）者为佳

？ 项目管理的能力，包括项目协调、管理、并为项目组提供咨询，并且有相应的培训经验

SAIC Fiat Powertrain HongYan Co. Ltd. is a joint venture enterprise established by three parties of SAIC-IVECO Commercial Vehicle Investment Co. Ltd. , Fiat Powertrain Technologies and Chongqing Heavy Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. The company was established in June 2007 and locates in CETZ, Chongqing .

The business of joint venture will be to design, develop, assemble and produce the engines and their parts and components, and supply spare parts and related after-sale services.
