Position Summary职位综述
？ Responsible for C9 Assembly ETU
？ contribute to the operative set up of the ETU assigned, in coordination with the Implementation Team
？ manage the ETU, assuring the achievement of the ETU overall targets
Duties职责
？ monitor level of productivity in terms of equipment efficiency, continuous improvement, self-maintenance
？ ensure the optimization of assigned manpower performance
？ manage the organizational development of the assigned human capital, assuring the widening of workers multiskilling abilities
？ ensure the continuous improvement of process/product quality
？ monitor the ETU costs trend
？ promote and provide a working environment conducive to employee morale, good work attitudes and maximum effectiveness; facilitate communications among team members, between teams and other areas
？ ensure supervision of all the health and safety related matters
？ related EHS responsibility
？ in depth understanding of production processes
？ knowledge of international production and quality methodologies and standards
？ logistic background
？ former experiences in the implementation of production activities will be a valuable plus
