职位描述：
Objectives of the Position:
To efficiently manage aspects of the order fulfilment process in accordance with BASF’s Quality Manual and Operating Procedures in order to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers
To assist/monitor customs clearance agent and smooth going on import and export shipments.


Main Tasks:
1. Prepare and process sales order
2. Monitor order status and feedback to sales and customers
3. Customer Master data and credit management
4. Exceptional order handling
5. Document handling
6. Handling NCM and customer complain
7. Customer interaction and business rule implementation
8. Business project involvement
9. Monitor the activities of customs clearance agent on the import and export shipments by completing preparation of required documents.
10. Obtain approval of import/export Handbook from Customs through classifying raw material and product into appropriate categories in order to balance transactions and accounts.
11. Better understand Customs policy and regulations to management for the handling import/export in the most cost-effective and economical way.
12. Build a good relationship with Customs officials to optimize company’s operational result and business performance smoothly.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree;
? Learn customer service concept, process. Have customer service experience is prefer
? Learn merchandise business, especially international trading and customer affairs
? Familiar with ERP system,
? Learn microsoft software, especially excel
? Team spirit and can work under pressure
? Good communication with internal and external customers
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English
