JOB PURPOSE 设置本岗位的目的
Satisfy customer demand and balance demand and supply

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责
? Comply with company quality and food safety principles.
? Coordinate with marketing rolling forecast which updated every month and update approved forecast into system.
? Monitor production plan by the proactive or timely communication with SOM.
? Run MPS and MRP for flavour orders
? Monitor the raw materials against forecast and monthly usage.
? Firm purchasing orders for flavour materials and adjust production plan based on the confirmation from purchaser on the material delivery schedule.
? Cooperate with purchaser, QC, production, I&E to ensure material available fo production on time.
? Control the inventor quantity and status of planned materials and analysis for aging stock.
? Inventory write-off and other transaction processes
? Item master maintenance.
? Any other jobs arranged by direct supervisor
