职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Prepare all documents for monthly payroll
Act as a main coordinator in C&B outsourcing work, ensure the clear instruction for payroll, mandatory insurance and the Company special benefits release
Maintain attendance system and ensure the accurate data base
Assist to manage employee’s leave control, and ensure the practice aligning with company policy
Prepare employee’s benefit administration and ensure the practice is in compliance with labor law
Deliver the working hour report, salary report regularly and some labor cost report as required
Assist to conduct annual salary survey
Assist to conduct annual merit increase
Ensure all work in compliance with internal control policy
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor Degree or above
Experienced in human resource in MNC’s manufacturing
Familiar with Chongqing local labor law
Good communication skill, integrity, open-minded and team player
Excel in Microsoft excel software Human Resource experience
At least Five years of manufacturing working experience in C&B area 举报 分享
