1.1负责模具设计评审、设计优化

  

Responsible for mould design review and design optimization

  

1.2负责模具外协维修、备模/备件采购申请及进度跟进；

  

Responsible for mold maintenance, spare mold/spare parts purchase application and progress follow-up;

  

1.3制定并不断优化模具整理、安装SOP 并培训操作者；

  

Develop and continuously optimize mold finishing, SOP installation and operator training;

  

1.4监管模具的使用与保存

  

supervise molds using and preserving

  

1.5负责模具寿命的统计、上报及复制模的申请

  

Be responsible for die life statistics, report and duplicate die application

  

1.6模具资料的接收、保存、更新；

  

Receive, save and update mould data

  

1.7以降低废品率或者是降低模具使用成本方面的模具改善

  

Mould improvement in order to reduce the scrap rate or the cost of using the mould

  

1.8确保生产工艺的执行，反馈生产工艺的稳定性和有效性

  

Ensure the execution of production process and feedback the stability and effectiveness of production process

  

1.9协助上司或者以上领导安排其它工作

  

Assist supervisor or above to arrange other work

Qualifications: 任职资格

"熟练使用CATIA等三维设计软件

Master CATIA "

"具有铸造、模具设计或机械设计与制造等专业背景

Have casting and mould designing or machine design and production as background of major"

"具备机械制图基础，以及CAD,CAM等专业知识

Have basics about making charts of machines, have knowledge about CAD, CAM and related fields"

"了解TS16949，ISO14001质量管理体系

Have knowledge about TS16949，ISO14001 quality management system"

具备一定英语能力

Basic English is required.

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
