一、Continuous Improvement of Foundry Equipment & Processes 铸造设备及工艺持续改进

Support the introduction, installation, debugging, application guidance and continuous improvement of efficiency and reliability of foundry related equipment;

支持铸造相关设备的引进、安装、调试、指导应用、效率及可靠性的持续改进；

Cooperate with mold preparation, melting and other processes to continuously reduce reject rate, improve production efficiency and improve product quality.

协同模具准备及熔炼等工序、以持续降低废品率、持续提高生产效率、生产产品质量为最终目标、进行不断的持续改善。

? Monitor the effectiveness of the taken actions to develop and implement further improvement actions if needed

如果需要，监督采取的措施的有效性，以制定和实施进一步的改进措施

 二、 Foundry Manufacturing Process Control  热工制造过程工艺控制

? Develop and manage system for monitoring manufacturing process parameters

开发和管理监控制造工艺参数的系统

?Determine attributive and variable process parameters to effectively control the manufacturing processes

确定属性和可变工艺参数以有效控制制造过程

?Monitor internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls

监控内部和外部质量数据、支持报废的根本原因分析，制定和执行解决质量缺陷的措施

? Make and maintain manufacturing control plans

编制、维护制造过程的控制计划

    Track / review process capabilities

   跟踪/审查工艺执行情况

   Make and Issue work instruction，support process operation 、equipment operation training编制和发布作业指导书，支持工艺操作、设备操作培训

Manage and implement the manufacture standard

管理和执行制造标准

 三、Foundry Industrial Engineering  热工工业工程

? Determines Cycle times for the assigned area by applying Industrial Engineering Methods

通过应用工业工程方法确定热工指定区域的生产节拍

? Planning and Implementation of technical changes on existing equipment

计划和实施现有设备的技术改造

? Lead develop specifications for machines, cop-lead with TC specifications for fixtures, tools and gauges to accommodate new or revised processes

主导开发设备的技术规范，协调夹具、工具和量规与TC规范相一致，以适应新的或修改的过程

? Support collecting, consolidating and publishing key performance indicators for the assigned area

支持收集、整理和发布指定区域的关键绩效指标

  

任职要求：

More than 3 years experience in process management of aluminum alloy casting，if have some experience in automatic casting is preferred。

3年以上铝合金铸造现场工艺管理经验、有自动化浇注相关经验优先；

Bachelor degree or above, major in casting or material forming control

大学本科以上学历，铸造或者材料成型控制相关专业 

ood command of MS office, CAD or any other 3D drawing software，good team sprit and good english communication skill.

熟练使用office办公软件，CAD或其它任意一项3D绘图软件，强烈的团队合作意识；英文良好。

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
