职位描述：
Mission/Purpose of Position:
1.Support function manager to set up and maintain the training system.
2.Follow up the office employees'competency and ensure their qualification for position.
3.Be responsible for annual training plan implementation.
4.Ensure training record kept in place.
5.Organize and tracking special project.

Required Experience (Minimum)
Education / Certification : Bachelor degree
Professional Experience (Variety of
Functions, Variety of Business, General
Management Experience) : Relevant 2-3 years working experience
Project and/or Process Experience: Nice to have the experience of employees'competency management
