Job Scope:
岗位职责：
？ The project is a mixed development located at Zhaotianmeng, Chongqing. The site supervisor shall be full time on site and is responsible to ensure quality of work and safe completion of a large scale chilled water system which comprise high/low tension chillers, pumps, cooling towers, pipework, electrical and control. Detailed requirements included but not limit to:
？ 本项目是重庆朝天门一个综合体,施工监督员需要常驻现场,监督施工单位, 以确保大型空调制冷系统的施工质量,安全施工及安全完工. 大型空调制冷系统包括高/低压冷水机, 水泵, 冷却塔,热泵,水管,强/弱电气,自动控制等. 岗位职责不限于如下要求:
？ To manage, supervise sub-contractor work progress, material use and quality of work to ensure entire chilled water plant installation complete on time.
？ 负责管理，监督外包施工物料，进度及质量，以确保整个施工的进度及准时竣工.
？ To supervise sub-contractor on site, inspect material and equipment use and keep record, assist to resolve problem and carry out co-ordination on site.
？ 负责监督跟进外包施工进程，检查制冷厂施工中进场的物料、设备并做好相应记录，及时发现和汇报检查和监督中出现的问题，并积极协调各方解决问题.
？ To supervise sub-contractor on testing, commissioning and final acceptance inspection on site.
？ 对分包项目进行现场调试，试运行及尾工处理
？ Other job task (including office paper work) as assigned.
？ 完成单位托付的其他任务(包括办公室文书类工作)
岗位要求：
？ Relevant diploma or trade certificate (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, pipe welding, M&E)
？ 具有相关技术认证优先（机械，电气，空调，管道焊接）
？ 5 year and above site supervision experience of large scale space heating/air conditioning/refrigeration/M&E works.
？ 5年以上暖通/空调/制冷/机电等大型项目的现场施工经验
？ Familiar with installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water plant, pressure vessel, pressure piping.
？ 熟悉制冷厂、压力容器、压力管道中相关设备的安装调试
？ Good communication skill, hardworking and ready to take up responsibility.
？ 富有责任心，吃苦耐劳，沟通协调能力能力强
？ Need to perform shift work.
？ 需要轮班工作
？ Willing to work full-time on site and outstation.
？ 能接受出差和常驻工地
？ Computer literate
？ 具备基本电脑知识
