Job Responsibility & Duties
1. Build and develop effective logistic team, providing coaching and training to members.
2. Define logistic functional strategy to support business.
3. Define, control, and tracing logistic department expense.
4. Define and implement processes to improve Logistic procedure.
5. Develop and maintain internal QAD system.
6. Work directly with the sales and sourcing teams to develop KPI's/Reporting to enhance communication visibility, supporting control of the overall supply chains. Responsible for conducting regular (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) business review together with other functions.
7. Responsible for planning/scheduling systems from material plan, Warehouse / inventory plans to production plan and coordinate with production and operation scheduling activities.
8. Leading demand management, confirm delivery schedule back to sales. Ensure material management and production plan line up to customer's delivery expectations and coordinate seamlessly across the various functions.
9. Logistics - manage forwarder and carrier’s performance to meet business requirements. Oversee the Customs import/export process and help to provide solutions where required.
10. Warehouse organization and management. Set up warehouse SOPs and layout. Monitor warehouse daily operation and manage inventory control in line with company requirements. Handle monthly and yearly cycle counts through to issuance of final reports for submitting to and cross-checking by finance/auditors.
11. Aggressively push and facilitate entire supply chain from end to end to deliver results and performance.
12. Other functional related tasks assigned by supervisor.
Education, Job experience & Professional qualification
13. 大学本科及以上学历。Bachelor Degree or above.
14. 至少10年外企物流管理工作经验, 5年国际物流经验(成品出口)。
At least 10 years logistics management in a foreign owned company is require, 5 years in international logistics(export on finished product).
15. 熟悉MMOG. Good knowledge for MMOG.
16. 有汽配行业包装经验 Familiar with auto parts packaging.
17. 与通用、福特有合作经验者优先 Working experience with GM, Ford is preferred.
18. 英语沟通能力强 Good ability for verbal and written English.
