1、收集、整理直接管理项目动态成本信息,并进行汇总、分析和处理,在项目完成后开展项目成本后评估,建立、完善成本信息库。
2、参与收集、整理其他项目动态成本信息,并进行汇总、分析和处理,在项目完成后参与项目成本后评估,建立、完善成本信息库。
3、编制直接管理项目各阶段目标成本测算(估算、概算、预算等),审核其他项目各阶段目标成本测算(估算、概算、预算等)。审核各项目结算。
4、根据项目开发计划,编制直接管理项目招标采购计划,汇总其他项目计划。
5、参与勘察类、检验检测类、施工类及造价类招标工作。
6、参与建立勘察类、检验检测类、施工类及造价类标准格式合同范本。
7、负责直接管理项目勘察类、检验检测类、施工类及造价类合同会签、签订及交底。
8、负责直接管理项目勘察类、检验检测类、施工类及造价类合同履约监督、审核合同款支付、建立及更新合同台帐。
9、参与收集及整理供应商相关资料,更新供应商资料库。
10、参与勘察类、检验检测类、施工类及造价类供应商考察及评估。
11、协助其他部门完成有关工作。
12、参与材料核价审核。
