职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
A. Human Resource Management:
1. Assit the Manager to formulate and implement HR policy, procedure, objectives and budget, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, training, performance management, employee communication; ensure to support the company to achieve its goal effectively;
2. Assist the Manager to deal with employees and related government departments communication;
3. In charge of the performance assessment, personal development plan and successor development plan;
4. In charge of compensation and benefits, such as attendance report, the calculation and distribution of salary and bonus, the payment of the income tax; in charge of the management and payment of social insurance and housing fund;
5. In charge of daily recruitment work, ensuring to provide high-quality human resources for the company's development;
6. In charge of implementation of training needs survey and analysis, assisting Manager to formulate and implement Annual Training Plan and budget;
7. In charge of creating a positive learning atmosphere within the company, establishing an internal trainer system;
8. In charge of implementation of new employee Orientation training;
9. In charge of staffing, including on-boarding, transfer, dismissal, leaving and other procedures. Implementation labor contract signing, renewal and discharge. ensure in accordance with national laws and regulations;
10. In charge of personnel file and talent reserve information management;
11. In charge of implementation of employee satisfaction interviews, surveys; enhancing staff satisfaction;
12. In charge of HR reports;
B. Admin:
1. Assist the Manager to formulate , perfect and perform Administrative Regualtions, procedures and forms;
2. In charge of administration cost planning and controlling, fulfill the administrative cost report;
3. Assist the Manager to organize, coordinate the company-level meeting, annual meeting; organize employee activities;
4. In charge of the daily admin work of Chengdu Plant;
5. In charge of plant environment management;
6. In charge of the cleaners' management, training and evaluation.
7. In charge of the safeguards' management, training and evaluation.
8. Assis the Manager to establish and maintain the relationship with related government departments;
9. In charge of employee insurance (accident insurance) and physical examination matters. ;
10. In charge of staff uniform plan, purchase and management, supplier selection and optimization;
11. In charge of vehicle management, control vehicle maintenance costs and insurance accidents;
12. In charge of the management of outsourcing companies;
13. In charge of the management of the staff canteen and staff domitory;
14. In charge of the establish and implementation of the Rationalization Proposal System;
15. Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in HR management or business administration.
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
- Detail and result oriented. Detailed and down-to-earth attitude.
- Good service attitude, patient, Passion, dedication, high sense of responsibility.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC.
