职位描述：
The purpose of the role is mainly to improve internal efficiency and deliver value through leading or facilitating various Continuous Improvement programs. The CI programs include but are not limited to business process mapping, regular process audit and update, Work Stream Coordination, best practice sharing and various efficiency initiatives across functions and across regions.

Job Responsibilities:

？ Lead business process improvement and optimization. Document, maintain and improve process flows; Responsible to train new employees on our internal business processes; Monitor and evaluate the consistency of process implementation through regular checking and audit; Collect feedback from different functions and organize regular review to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

？ Facilitate assigned internal projects or initiatives; Work with SVP, Corrugated Solutions and regional Heads to drive progress, set standards and improve KPI results. Examples include Work Stream coordination, QA project, Costing project, Production Partner network expansion project, Sales lead time project etc.

？ Keep challenging status quo. Bring the tools, the models, the focus and energy to help the organization identify more improvement opportunities in terms of sales process, quality, cost, delivery as well as cross-regional/functional communication. Work with management team to initiate and validate the improvement programs, and help the organization to implement them in a structured, systematic and orderly manner. (Internal functions mainly include: Sales, Business Development, Sourcing and Costing, Project Management, Design and Engineering, Technical Service, Customer Service, Regional Operations, Compliance, and other shared services function.)

？ Develop and sustain continuous improvement culture and mindset, and share knowledge about related methodologies/tools/activities in the Business Area. Provide brief training/introduction/coaching on relevant subjects when needed.

？ Other work as assigned by the Business Area

Job Requirements:
？ University graduate, business, manufacturing or engineering background preferred.
5+ years of relevant working experience (continuous improvement or process improvement experience, in related industry and similar business environment preferred)
？ Experience in continuous improvement methodologies and tools
？ Good Understanding in two or more of the following areas: supply chain, trading, sales, sourcing, project management, production, quality
？ Strong leadership skills, knows how to use the skills and knowledge of the team to design and implement solutions through collaboration
？ Strong project management, influencing and conflict-resolution skills
？ Self-motivated, well-organized, mature and responsible
？ Fluent in English, both verbal and written
？ Be able to travel internationally 举报 分享
