Job title: Planner
Dept: Purchase dept，隶属采购部

该职位的主要目的：
Be responsible for detail planning includes MPS(master production schedule), MC(materrial control) so as to optimize the production cost and inventory cost.。负责生产计划，物料控制，优化生产和库存成本。
1, lead/drive plants planning to satisfy at maximum the needs of the customers。安排计划，最大程度满足客户的需求。
2,optimize the inventory cost for both materials and finish products。优化库存，物料和产成品成本。
3,main player for optimze the SKU numbers。优化SKU数据。
该职位的主要职责:
Planning:
1,gather forecast for all BU from different channels(domestic, export etc) and regions concerning China operation。对不同部门渠道（国内，出口等）和区域运行做出预测。
2,provide clear guidelin in order to ensure optimum production plan。为合理化生产安排做出规划。
Inventory management:库存管理
1,cotrol and manage optimum plant inventory level(finished products & raw material)。控制和管理工厂库存水平（产成品和原辅料）。
2,.anticipate action to take so as to ensure the daily work of the warehouse。关注仓库日常库存和周转情况。
3, aging analysis on materials and finished products。实时更新原辅料和产成品信息。
Continuous improvement:持续改进
guarantee safety, hygiene and quality at all stag and steps of the supply chain, is direct responsible for the safety within supply chain.确保在供应链所有过程中安全，卫生和品质，对供应量的安全有直接责任。
该职位需要的专业知识经验和教育水平：
1, bachelor's degree or above in logistic, purchase,business or engineering science. 本科或以上学历，物流，采购，贸易或工程科学等专业。
2,fluent in English, Chinese, strong communicatoin skills.英语流利，很强的沟通能力。
3,good sense of responsibility, passion to work with figures.有责任心，对数字敏感。
4,experience with trending analysis, ability to use and create comlex spreadsheets for scheduling performance tracking/trending, building reports.有过类似工作经验，能够对计划，安排，趋势做出报告。
5,organized, attentive to details, ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.有组织性，对细节关注，能够在时间规定内处理多种工作的业务素质。
6,proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT and outlook.熟练使用excel,word,ppt和outlook.

Lesaffre (Mingguang) Co., Ltd. was established in March 1999, the first wholly-owned company in China invested by LESAFFRE Group，covers over 80 thousand square meters, has 270 employees, engaged in production and sales of yeast and bread improver. Its main products include: saf-instant dry yeast, Nevada instant dry yeast, Success instant dry yeast, Ibis 300 improver products, Magimix improver products, and Lesaffre industrie improver products, etc. In addition, Feralco alcohol yeast and Procreatin 7 feed yeast were developed relying on the Group’s advanced technology. A part of these products are mainly exported to some countries in Europe and Asia. Currently, the products of Lesaffre have risen year by year in China market.

Over the years, Lesaffre keep increasing its investment intended to expansion, and its 7000T extension project was completed at the end of 2008.

乐斯福（明光）有限公司本着尊重自然的宗旨，自创建以来就重视环境保护。2004年9月，公司为彻底解决酵母废水处理问题，增加投资购买了明光酒厂的污水处理站，并成功地进行了环保一期和二期工程改造，建成了高效的生化处理设施；2005年5月19日，污水处理三期工程-蒸发器项目也正式破土动工，于2005年10月竣工并投入使用。乐斯福（明光）有限公司完全有能力处理生产废水，实现良好的自然循环。

Aimed to respect nature, the company has attached great importance to environment protection since its beginning. In September 2004, to resolve wastewater issue the company bought the wastewater treatment station, and successfully completed the environment protection modification project phase I and II to build an efficient bio-chemical wastewater treatment station. On 19th May 2005, Wastewater treatment project phase III – evaporator project started, and finished in October 2005. Lesaffre (Mingguang) Co., Ltd. has ability to treat its wastewater from production unit to realize well nature circulation.
