岗位职责：

1. 负责公司内各类平面设计的规划、控制初期创意输出，确保最终创意作品的统一性和质量；

2. 根据公司战略定位把控创意设计，带领设计团队定时完成所需的作品；

3. 结合市场行情及客户需求定期配合完成营销活动所需的各类设计；

4. 负责对本部门下属进行技能培训，充分调动下属专业方面的***创意能力及创意效率；

5. 及时准确的向上级与合作商阐述创意核心理念，设计意图要求，善于解决各类设计问题。

任职要求：

1. 美术、设计等相关专业，独到的设计理念，作品富有创意，对于色彩把握、视觉设计及整体构成有良好的运用能力与创新意识；

2. 五年以上平面设计、视觉设计相关工作经验；

3. 熟练掌握Photoshop、 Flash、Fireworks、Dreamweaver、Coreldraw、3dmax、AI等设计软件；

4. 对工作充满了热情，怀揣着梦想，对艺术设计充满了热爱，追求完美追求品质；

5. 有海外工作经验或知名企业工作经验。
