Main Responsibilities：
1.According to production process, give advice about betterment and put in practice.
根据生产工艺要求，提出并设计相关设备的优化或改良方案并进行具体实施。
2.Be responsible for design of new production line.
负责公司新增生产线（设备）方案的设计及设备选型工作。
3.Survey, design and make accessory.
现场测绘、设计、制作相关易损件及非标零部件。
4.Renew equipment, save energy and give good advice about HSE.
对设备改造、节能、安全防范方面提出合理化建议。
5.Be responsible for guide of installation.
负责公司设备安装的技术指导工作。
6.Be responsible for technical help and training of mechanic.
负责对全公司维修技术员的技术支持及技术培训工作。

Requirements：
1.4-year college or above, majored in mechanics or relation.
机械或相关专业，本科以上学历。
2.More than 5 years experience.
5年以上工作经验。
3.Have a wealth of experience in plant maintenance and repair of equipment.
具备丰富的工厂设备维修保养经验。
4.Have high knowledge of mechanical, mechanical design, fluid driving, metal and heat treatment.
具有很高的机械基础、机械制图、液压传动、金属材料与热处理等专业基础知识。
5.Understanding of structure and working principle for the common industrial kiln, crushing and screening machinery and transportation machinery, be able to read and draw common mechanical drawings.
了解常见工业窑炉、破碎筛分机械和输送运输机械的构造和工作原理，不仅能看懂而且能绘制常见的机械图纸。
6.Proficiency in Windows Office and AutoCAD.
熟练操作电脑办公软件和AutoCAD软件。
7.Good English in oral and writing .
良好的英语 口语和书写能力。
