Main Responsibilities
1.Responsible for daily management of safety and health, and ensure compliance to all safety and health, and statutory requirements;
负责日常性安全和健康管理，确保安全和健康符合法规和标准要求；
2.Site risk assessment and following up with the NC finds;
现场的风险识别，并跟进相关隐患的整改；
3.To implement safety trainings as to contractors, hot work, work at height, confined space entry, and etc;
进行相关安全教育，包括承包商、动火、高空作业、受限空间进入等；
4.Accident investigation/report and following up with corrective actions based on root cause;
事故调查和报告，识别事故根源，并跟进整改措施的落实；
5.To identify regularly HSE related codes/regulations/legislation that is applicable to company;
定期识别与公司运营相关的最新法律、法规、标准；
6.Support on ER(emergency response) plan development and facilitate ER drill;
协助应急预案的制定和事故应急演习；
7.Support SHE & Maintenance manager and Mine Manager on mining safety and health related affairs if necessary;
必要时，协助安环维修部经理和矿山经理做好有关矿山安全健康工作；
8.Participate in all safety and health procedures of all operations in the company;
参与编制公司所有安全和健康程序；
9.Follow-up of the safety procedures, working together with related colleagues of other departments;
与其他部门一道，跟踪安全规程的执行情况；
10.Supervise the safety works of the subcontractor;
监督承包商的安全工作；
