职位描述：
工作职责Work responsibility：
-建立新项目计划，负责项目的需求分析、整体方案设计；
-Create a new project plan, responsible for project requirement analysis, the overall design scheme
-建立项目所需物料清单、包装清单；
-Establishing the project list, packing list the materials needed
-得到客户确认并经上级批准后确保文件完成的项目转移到生产部；
-After customer confirmed and approved by the supervisor to ensure complete the project file is transferred to the production departments
-与生产部协调制定项目进度计划，确保计划的实施并满足客户的要求；
-With the production department to coordinate the project schedule plan, ensure the implementation of the plan and meet the requirements of customers
-协调并解决各部门与项目有关的问题；

-整体项目的追踪与维护
-The tracking and maintenance of the overall project

任职资格Qualifications：
?教育程度Education degree： 本科及以上学历Bachelor degree or above
?专业要求Specialty knowledge：机械或相关专业Mechanical or related majors
?经验要求Working experience：2年以上相关岗位经验At least 2 years of relevant work experience
?专业技能Specialty skill：熟悉项目流程，熟练进行项目管理过程中的控制：进度控制、质量控制、成本控制、风险控制等相关能力；具有很好的沟通交流的能力、抗压能力、综合协调能力；团队意识强；有很强的责任心，能根据工作生产任务需要服从领导安排Familiar with project process, skilled in project management in the process of control, schedule control, quality control, cost control, risk control and so on related ability; Have good communication ability, compressive ability, comprehensive coordination ability; Strong sense of team; There is a strong sense of responsibility, can work according to production task need to obey leadership arrangement
