职位描述：

前两年工作地点:天津，两年后返回常熟工厂。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Basic
Mechincal, electrical and hydraulic technical background. Willing study complex
technical and skill

2. Willing
stay at customer plant, working with customer team for problem analysis.

3. Good
communication and presentation skill.

4. Willing
work under pressure,can work cross different function team.

5. Good
Manual dexterity, willing to take tear down and assembly trails task.

6. Perform
other duties as assigned from Quality Manager.

PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Works closely with all levels of personnel
internally, customers, and 3^rd party certification body.

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE
AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:

1. Major
in mechanical or automation

2. Working
in automotive manufacturing company more than 3 years;

3. Familiar
with automotive quality system requirement, e.g. TS16949, VW formel-Q, GM GP
etc.

4. Good
application skill for problem solving tools (3*5why, Shainin etc.).

5. Fluent
in written and spoken English
