职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Monitoring all production related activities to follow EHS guideline and regulations, ensure production safety.
? Monitoring production process, to ensure quality, cooperating with related department (QC/QM/TS) to solve quality problem, like quality abnormity and customer complaint.
? Coordinating to optimize process and implement to improve productivity, cost saving.
? Responsible for working out the plant operation budget (including both capital budget and expenses budget) with plant manager and monitoring the actual costs against budget and making efforts to ensure the costs at or below the budget.
? Cooperating with Engineering in project management.
? Team building through training, managing and motivating of employees.
? Continuous production process improvement, on site problem solving.
? Scrap control, Waste liquid/Solid treatment and production resource managing.
? Establishing courses of actions for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
? Ensuring the 5s status within the production area.
? Production energy cost control.
? Effectively meeting the customer needs; building positive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
? Using effective approaches for choosing an action or developing appropriate solutions, taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

Profile:
? B.S. in chemical industry or related. For the extraordinary staff, Diploma (College) is accepted.
? Experience with chemical industry; polymer industry is preferred (But not must).
? 5+years practical experience in chemical or petrochemical industry, experience in polymer plants is preferred (But not must).
? 3+ years management experience in Chemical plant.
? Self-starting, able to perform under pressure, good team work spirit.
? Ability to communicate in English for both Written and Reading.
? Experienced in SAP was preferred (But not must).
? Experienced in Lean (TPM) or 6 Sigma was preferred (But not must). 举报 分享
