Mission
The Sales Manager is responsible for sales of carbonates to both paper and perfmin areas;business development in regards of sales revenue, continued growth, and profitability by providing complete refractory solutions to customers in the Paper&Packaging industry.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement business development plan for achieving sales and profit targets in the designated segment.
2.Identify new business opportunity and maximize business in designated segment.
3.Fully engage with the customers and understand the customer requirements.
4.Negotiate the sales contracts with customer to the best interest of the company in terms of price, terms and conditions, etc.
5.Ensure Account Receivables to be collected on time and minimize company's exposure to overdue/bad debts.
6.Provide updated information on the customer and market.
7.Provide support to colleagues at management's discretion.

Researched Profile:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical engineering or chemistry related to polymer
2.At least 5 years related experience in sales of industrial minerals such as carbonates and kaolin or closely related
3.Sound track records in sales and business development
4.Strong negotiation skills
5.Ability to define and solve complex problems
6.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
7.Customer-oriented and result driven
8.Persistent and able to work independently
9.Able to work under pressure

英格瓷精细化工（常熟）有限公司坐落于江苏省常熟经济开发区沿江工业园。场地面积为117,333平方米（此面积包括二，三期发展建设所用地块）。厂房面积初步为30,000平方米，其中包括厂房、储罐、筒仓、装卸码头等。主要生产无机粉体填料，并销售自产产品。2004年5月份破土动工，2005年年初投产。
我公司的原材料来自安徽，为经加工的大理石半成品,运用IMERYS集团所专有的湿磨加工技术，最终成品是超细的重质碳酸钙，并以浆状供给客户。主要客户为芬欧汇川纸业。整个项目投资总额为1500万美元，经营年限为50年。生产规模每年15万吨。
