Primary Job Function:

The first step in the Advanced Production Quality Planning Process [APQP] is to assign responsibility to a cross-functional team. Effective product quality planning requires the involvement from all areas within a corporation. The team includes representatives from engineering, manufacturing, material control, purchasing, quality, sales, subcontractors and customers as appropriate.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:

1. Planning of the APQP, PPAP elements

2. Execution of the APQP, PPAP document process schedule

3. Corporate with internal members

4. Monitoring status, Document update and Report to the customer.

5. Company In-house, Supplier coordination and follow-up.

6. Maintain Engineering Specifications.


Budgetary Responsibilities:

Must be proactive and involved in costs and efficiencies of programs as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Needed:

Focused Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Have experience minimum 4 years in APQP skilled and relevant field (Stamping, Assembly process, Engineering, Planning and Quality Control). Minimum 4 years engineering experience with broad knowledge of functional areas in engineering. Have good computer skill in Microsoft program and related program in engineering. Strong communication in English and leadership skill levels required.

Ability to interpret engineering information.
