职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.This position involves many activities around order processing and following up.
2.Obtain rolling sales forecast in time by working closely with Wipak Sales team in Asia Pacific region.
3.Accept the sales order with sales managers or customers.
4.Communicate with production department about the sales order , and give the customer the confirmation of the order
5. Work with Warehouse to ensure have finished goods delivered to customers as required.
6.Continuously improve the supply chain service to increase customer satisfaction.
7.Make out the invoice in SAP system
8.Establish after –sales service files and analysis.
9.Deal with the customer complaints and turn over to quality department to take charge.
10. Provide possible support and training to subordinates, well management in daily work.
11.Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirement:
1. High sense of emergency
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good English language skills in both speaking and writing.
4. Good plan and organization skills
5. More than 3 years’ experience in related field
6. Experience in film packaging industry is a plus
7. SAP experience is a must
8. Skilled in Microsoft office applications
