职位描述：
1. Develop and program PLC and HMI for new production line. Develop electrical drawings on Eplan P8. Select pneumatic components, design pneumatic drawings and guide installation
2.Commissioning and troubleshooting on site. Test performance for new production line according to product specification and analyzes test data
3.Design electrical component list (BOM), define and update new product codes for ERP. Specify, select and test electrical components from local supplier
4.4 years or above proven experience in PLC logic and programming with Siemens Simatic S7 or Allen Bradley PLC
5.Experience in create and modify HMI systems, such as Simatic WinCC flexible. Experience with parameterization and commissioning of frequency controlled drive system
6.Experience in packaging industry or Automotive especially commissioning
7.Good communication skills in English. And Relevant skills
8.Be able to create and read LAD, STL and ST for program design, programming, simulation and testing and commissioning
9.Knowledgeable in electrical engineering and be able to read and modify electric circuit diagrams
10.Prepare project documentation such as Operations & Maintenance manuals, software, PIDs, etc. of conveyor system is a plus
11.Familiar with E-Plan is a plus. AutoCAD, ERP 举报 分享
