Responsibilities
?Works on the human resources aspects of international employee placements.
?Responsible for obtaining visas, performing tax equalization and coordinating benefits packages. E.g., housing, transferee counseling, orientation schedule, lease negotiations & documentation, rental payment coordination etc.
?Closely work with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials, to ensure them work appropriate and meet with internal client's needs.
?Willing to work on different tasks assigned by company when required, e.g. market research for different
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
? Minimum of five years' related business experience in the customer service, relocation, real estate or international industry.
?Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
?Superior customer service skills
?Able to work independently
?Problem solving and decision making skills
?Detail oriented; ability to multitask
?Innovative and resourceful
?Team player
