职位描述：
Job Summary: This position is to work with Product Engineering and Production to define work process, complete all Engineering information in the system, such as routing, process, standard labor time, engineering SOP, production lead time and WIP level…etc.
This position also needs to be involved in lean manufacturing, CQI, KPI management.
职位概述：该职位涉及到的工作内容：与产品工程一起，定义产品的工艺流程，并在公司的生产管理系统里完成相关工程信息，比如 产品工艺流程，标准工时，标准工程作业指导书，产品制造周期，制程中的标准库存量。。。等等。该职位还必须参与精益改善活动，绩效评估，持续生产改善等活动。

? Familiar with the operations of a make to order bespoke manufacturing environment and solid knowledge of entire production process.

? Should have a strong technical background with solid working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and the ability to motivate, lead, and direct operations and growth.

? Must possess PC skills, with knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs. Experience using CAD/CAM software and design packages and programs.

? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally across all organization lines.

? Knowledge and skill would typically be obtained through formal education such as a BS in engineering, supply management, or business and posses a minimum of eight years related manufacturing experience including three years supervisory experience.

? Familiar with MRP system or similar. Good at process and routing defining.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Ability to design and engineer manufacturing needs and shop fixtures, jigs or any needed manufacturing aid to rapidly develop and or support projects.

? Ability to deal well with change and to effectively implement change.

? Ability to read, understand, and apply policies, procedures, and reported information.

? Makes recommendations on purchases and repairs of equipment and building. Initiates, directs, advises, and otherwise expedites various programs that will solve manufacturing and related problems leading to improved quality, lowers cost, and creates an overall more efficient manufacturing process.

? Directs and coordinates various programs essential to manufacturing procedures, e.g. training, safety, housekeeping, work simplification, cost reduction, plant protection, worker involvement, etc to improve the manufacturing environment and work flow processes.

? Works with Director of Engineering to develop improved manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment, and techniques and submits recommendations for approval. Conducts a continuous cost reduction program through the plant.
配合工程技术总监，改善生产方法、布置、设备和技术并提交推荐报告供审批。在整个工厂内实施持续的成本降低计划。
? Coordinates and manages major projects as directed by the Manufacturing Manager and General Manager.

? Work with Product engineering to define product process, and complete routings in the system; Time study the main work centers, and propose work center capacity; balance production processes; refine product lead-time, reduce WIP
能够和产品工程一道，根据图纸定义产品工艺流程，并且将相关信息完善到系统里。标工设定，平衡每个流程工艺之间的产能，缩短产品制造周期，减少制程中的库存。

e) Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
