职位描述：

Responsibilities

?Delivering ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliant HSE documentation to maintain certification

?Developing and implementing emergency preparedness procedures and protocols.

?Coordinate and support site safety activities for the project/ producing operation /customer ?Conduct safety risk assessments, STA with project scope of work. Conduct Site, Equipment and PPE inspections;

?Take Pro-Active Measures to eliminate potential safety hazards.

?Implementation of outage plan Conduct safety meetings, Tool Box meeting, orientations along with training to assure employees understand the hazards associated with scope of work.

?Ensure all PPE is available on site for projects.

?Track consumption of PPE & usage patterns Ensure Emergency Response capabilities are solidified and maintained.

?Maintain EHS records and associated documentation. Responsible for safety administration, risk management and controlling issues that may impact operation safety.

?Work closely with site management to support the needs of the project in regards to Fall Protection, Lock Out Tag Out, Fire Protection, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Safety, Scaffolding, Cranes & Rigging, Hazard Communication, Excavations, etc.

?Maintain communications with related EHS authority with project status/issues Conduct Incident Investigations & Root Cause Analysis.

?Ensure safe work procedures are being followed in respect to Authority /Client/Company Policy along with applicable regulatory state and federal laws within respective countries.

?Assist in day to day safety matters on the project which may include medical and security issues Ensure all reporting is done in a timely response.

?Perform other duties and task as requested in regards to supporting business operation.

Qualification/Requirements

? Certified Safety Professional in China, OSHAS 18001 / (OHSMS & QMS) familiarity an advantage.

?Bilingual

?Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Engineering Technology and/or relevant work experience in a Safety Specialist capacity.

?Candidates must have in depth knowledge of EHS regulations in China.

?Candidate must have strong knowledge of safety protocols for general industry and wood producing business.

?Primary functions will include safe work procedures for energy isolation and commissioning activities for related projects.

?Must be a team player with great communication skills.

?Computer application skills Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

?Willing to work on sites
