职位描述：
Responsibilities 职责

Organize and implement all the laboratory testing as request; 组织并实施测试活动
Develop necessary test procedures and standard; 制定必要的测试程序和标准
Calibrate, maintain, repair and manage all the test, inspection and measurement tools/devices;
  检测设备的校准，维护，修理和管理
Develop necessary calibration instructions; 制定必要的校准程序
Manage standard samples; 管理标准样品
Control the quality at sample room; 样品房的质量控制
Manage the QA laboratory; 管理实验室
Maintain 5S condition in laboratory; 保持实验室的5S
Participate in continuous improvement; 参加持续改善
others assigned by team leader.领导安排的其他事宜

Qualification/Requirements任职资格

Education: College/Technical School and above; 中专、大专学历及以上
Physical quality: healthy, energetic, good eyesight, not color-blind;身体条件：健康，积极，无色盲
Personalities: open mind with integrity, focus on details, sense of responsibility;个性：正直，乐观，关注细节，有责任心
Experience: 3 and more years in testing and/or calibration area; 经验：3年实验室/校准经验
Skills:能力要求
   --Certificate of Length Tool Calibration.,长度三大类检定员证书
   -- Ability to read the simple engineering drawings.能阅读简单的工程图纸
   -- English proficiency: able to read and write 英语能力: 能阅读和写 举报 分享
