职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for all process management system buildup, maintain and sustainable improvement in Bostik China level for multiple sites and BU;
2.MOC owner and responsible as process gatekeeper of process safety related;P&ID owner and management system build up and tracking periodically. Cooperate with area owner for alignment of technical document with reality;
3.Responsible for AFE pre study of stage gate and process related information document coordination, process owner and work as manufacture liaison in project team;
4.PHA owner who responsible for PHA organization, tracking and verification. Sustainable maintain PHA implementation with area owner by priorities;
5.Work in close collaboration with Production, R&D, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Control Departments for on modified process technology
6.Design and check flow chart and interlock logic in PLC system on the existing process with auto/instrument Engineer with cooperation with project team and production team.
7.Coach and support field process engineer in good practices
8.Responsible for organizing training to production team and other new comers on process China management system

Requirements:
1.About 10 years of experience in a chemical industry plant with specific experience in chemical reaction, distillation, heat transfer and fluid Flow unit operation.
2.Master degree of Chemical engineering or above.
3.Having experience for project, construction and commissioning is needed.
4.Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel, auto CAD and an aptitude to learn computer applications.
5.Hardworking, results oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and safety mind set is a must.
6.Strong communication skill is needed and culture diversity understanding is preferred.
7.Strong team work and cross functional leadership skill
