Key Working Areas:

1. Support the Quality Manager on the Quality Policy, Strategy & ongoing Quality Strategy for the company.

协助质量经理制定公司质量政策、质量战略.

2. To liaise with internal & external customers in order to enhance relationships and resolve quality issues in a timely manner by using core tools, 8D, root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques.

密切联系内外部客户，以加强与他们的关系，并通过运用关键工具、8D、根本原因分析以及其他问题解决方法来及时解决质量问题.

3. Provide timely and accurate reports and presentations to external customer.

向外部客户提供及时准确的报告.

4. To liaise with the internal team to ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.

协同内部同事确保纠正措施有效实施.

5. To work alongside the Quality Manager in order maintain the relevant accreditations.

配合质量经理维护相关质量认证工作.

6. To lead and carry out problem solving exercises to conclusion.

领导推进质量问题的解决和验证

7. To continually review and improve internal systems & procedures to ensure “right first time” philosophy is adopted.

持续回顾并提高内部体系流程，确保一次性正确理论得以执行.

8. Complete internal and external Audits.

完成内外部审核.

9. To maintain and follow up appropriate KPI’s for Quality, and support to Quality Improvement.

跟踪维护合适的质量关键绩效指标，支持质量改进计划.

10. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

领导安排的其他任务.

11. To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures as laid down in the Employee Handbook at all times.

严格按照员工手册中规定的公司政策和程序进行工作；

12. Develop and maintain effective communication links with fellow colleagues to ensure the above.

在同事间建立和保持有效的沟通；
13. Undertake additional training and other relevant duties as required.

接受其他相应的培训及职责。

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

任职资格及从业经验:

- 10 years’ experience in an Automotive Quality Environment

10年汽车行业质量从业经验

- With machinery, engineering background or related

机加工、工程类及相关背景

- Working experience of Quality Management System – ISO9000 / TS16949 / ISO 14001, internal auditor will be preferred

质量管理体系经验– ISO9000 / TS16949 / ISO 14001，有内审员经验更佳

- Experience in APQP/MSA/SPC/PPAP/FMEA.

熟悉5 大工具- APQP/MSA/SPC/PPAP/FMEA

- Experience of Minitab is a plus

会Minitab软件更佳

- Previous experience of direct customer liaison

直接与客户联系的经验

- Ability to use quality measuring equipment such as CMM, and geometrical measurements

能够使用质量相关量具，如三坐标测量仪以及其他量具

- Extensive experience and knowledge for problem solving tools and techniques, such as 8D, fishbone, 5whys

会熟练使用解决问题的相应工具，例如8D，鱼骨图，5Whys等

- Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills, English speaking is a must

- Excellent PC skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & ideally Project
