职位描述:
岗位名称 Position: 薪酬福利专员 C&B Specialist.
部门 Department: 人力资源部 HR Department.
直接上级 Direct Reports to: 人力资源经理 HR Manager.
工作地点 Job Location: 常熟市梅李镇 Meili town of Changshu city.

主要目标 Main Objectives
       确保薪酬架构的内部一致性,激励性和外部的竞争力,确保薪酬调查数据的及时性和数据分析后建议合理性,确保每月工资计算的准确性和及时性,确保薪酬相关报告提交的及时性和准确性;确保绩效考核流程的有效性和科学行及考核指标的制定符合公司运营目标;
Make sure the pay structure meet internal alignment, external competitiveness and stimulate employees’ contribution, make sure the survey market data submit timely, data analysis and suggestions. Make sure the monthly payroll calculation is accuracy and payroll related report submit timely. Make sure the performance appraisal procedure and proposal effective and professional, and the performance objectives meet the company’s business goals.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities.
薪酬和福利 Compensation and Benefits.
1. 起草和修改公司的薪酬福利制度和流程;
Review and draft the company’ compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
2. 协助人力资源经理完成年度薪酬和福利预算;
Assist HR Manager to complete annual compensation and benefits budget.
3. 参与年度薪酬市场调查和风电行业市场调查;
Participant in the compensation and benefits related survey and benchmarking the data searching, including not only overall survey, but also the wind power industry survey.
4. 分析市场数据,并根据公司的薪酬架构提出专业性的建议以保证薪酬的激励性和竞争性;
Analyze the market data and providing professional suggestions for pay structure design and make sure the pay strategic incentive and competitiveness.
5. 根据外部市场数据,内部一致性(工作分析),员工能力,员工贡献及公司的整体薪酬战略设计薪酬架构(工资等级、薪酬线,工资全距,中值,极差等);
Design the pay structure, such as grade, pay curve, pay rang, midpoint and pay steps, according as the market data, job-base, person-base, performance-base and company pay strategy
6. 人力成本模型的跟踪和监控,及工时的统计和分析;
Control and monitor the human cost model and complete the working hour analysis.
7. 制定年度调薪方案及实施;
Work out the annual merit increase guidelines and implementation.
8. 负责监督和统计公司的考勤,保证考勤数据的准确性;
Monitor and work out the monthly attendance record and make sure the accuracy of attendance data.
9. 负责月度工资的计算,包括个人所得锐,社保和公积金;
Response for monthly payroll calculate, including tax, insurance and housing fund.
10. 负责福利项目的执行,行业调查及方案制定,提高员工的相对满意度;
Response for benefits program management, such as formal and informal benefits survey and proposal develop, promote employees’ satisfaction.
11. 协助人力资源经理构建公司HRIS系统,包括考勤,薪资计算系统的维护;
Assist HR Manager to establish the HRIS system, including attendance management, payroll calculation and system maintenance.

绩效管理 Performance Appraisal.
1. 协助人力资源经理构建公司的绩效考核体系(制度、流程和表单)
Assistant HR Manager to establish overall performance appraisal system, including policies, procedures and forms.
2. 根据不同的群体,有针对性的制定差异化的绩效考核方法(KPI, MBO, 360度,BSC等)
Design different performance appraisal tools according as the different group, such as MBO, KPI, 360 degree, BSC, etc.
3. 设计绩效考核方案,组织各部门考核、绩效面谈及绩效改进计划的实施,提供绩效管理优化设计方案;
Design the performance appraisal proposal, provide the guidelines, performance interview, implement the appraisal improvement plan.
4. 对员工的绩效考核资料进行收集、整理和分析、建立信息库,为人员培养发展提供信息支持;
Collect the performance appraisal documents, establish the data and provide support about employees development and coaching program.
5. 负责各部门内部绩效考核的指导,及时发现绩效考核中存在的问题和不足,并及时反馈和提出改进意见,促进绩效管理的
提升和改善;
Response for coaching the performance management related stakeholders, find out the problems and weakness, and provide feedback and suggestion, and promote the performance appraisal management effectiveness.

任职条件 Job Qualification
1.人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业;
Bachelor degree in major of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
2.至少5年以上制造行业薪酬福利、绩效管理工作经验;
At least 5 years C&B, Performance management working experience, manufacturing background is must.
3.较强的数据分析能力;
Strong data analysis ability.
4.稳重、有耐心、认真、原则性强;
Steady, patience, serious, high principle spirit.
5.有HRIS体系搭建经验;
HRIS system established working experience is must.
6.丰富的薪酬管理专业知识,接受过相关薪酬设计或绩效管理相关培训;
Rich fund of knowledge in compensation management, pay structure design, performance appraisal related training will be preferred.
7.超强的问题解决能力及跟踪能力;
Strong problems solving ability and action follow ability.
8.良好的时间管理能力和团队合作精神;
Good time management ability and team work spirit。
9.良好的IT技能(Word, Excel, PowerPoint等)
Excellent in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Office Project.
10.较好的英语听说读写能力;
Good command of English both in verbal and written.
