Fundamental Purpose 岗位基本描述
Be responsible for Product Developing Process, from customer requirement to SOP.
负责产品开发从客户需求到产品最终量产的全过程.
Main Responsibilities主要职责
? Plan and drive completion of all design, prototype, testing and validation activities as per AAM Product Program Management Process (PPMP)
根据AAM项目管理流程, 制订计划并推动项目从产品设计, 样品试制, 到试验验证等所有步骤的顺利完成。
Act as single point of contact to Chinese customers for engineering and program related issues
作为中国客户的沟通窗口, 解决与工程和项目相关的一切问题。
? Evaluate customer application data and perform design analysis
评定客户提供的使用参数, 进行设计分析。
? Work with design staff to review, mark-up and approve drawings and specifications
与设计人员共同评审, 修改和批准技术图纸与技术规范.
Create and control product engineering documents such as Bill of Material (BOM), Design Validation Plan and Reports (DVP&R), Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Engineering 4-Square Tracking
创建和管理产品工程文件, 包括零件明细表, 设计验证计划和报告, 设计失效模式和效果分析, 工程开发计划等.
? Document initial design and engineering changes in Product Data Management database and Cost Request System
在产品数据管理系统和成本评估申请系统中进行技术文件的初始创建及工程更改.
? Follow change control procedures (Cost Requests, PCR and Engineering Notices)
严格执行工程更改控制流程 (包括成本分析申请, 产品更改申请和工程更改通知等).
? Conduct customer technical reviews and internal peer reviews
进行客户的技术评审和公司内部部门的技术评审.
? Communicate with AAM North American offices, vendors and customers on a regular basis to coordinate engineering activities as necessary
与AAM北美相关部门, 供应商和客户进行正常的接触, 必要时协调相关的工程事宜.
? Lead Product Development Team meetings, track open issues and drive resolution of Engineering Incidents (EIRs)
领导组织产品开发小组会议，跟踪未完成事项的执行和推动工程技术问题的解决.
? Support Program Management, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, and Quality functions
对项目管理, 采购, 销售, 市场开发及质量管理与控制提供工程支持.
? Perform other duties as assigned from Dept. Manager.
