Assistant Manger - Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
？ Overall delivery of Infotainment components in particular Multi Media Systems and related functions
？ Specification of technical and functional requirements for Multi Media Systems
？ Scope projects and identify resource requirements
？ Provide project management and technical leadership to Infotainment team
？ Developing and reviewing project work plans
？ Manage supplier and contractors for Multi Media System and conduct technical design reviews which may include travelling to supplier sites
？ -Market feasibility analyses and technology monitoring to create innovative Telematics concepts products and services for China
？ Resolve issues and/or ambiguities found in specifications during the vehicle development cycle
？ Support vehicle production launch which may include traveling to the manufacturing plant to resolve issues
Qualifications:
？ Minimum of Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering or equivalent
？ 5+ years of multimedia infotainment electronics system development experience
？ 2 - 3 years in a project management role with ability to report and interact with all levels of vehicle E/E team
？ Experience with vehicle EE architecture, vehicle network communication (CAN, LIN and etc.), UDS diagnostics.
？ Experience with ECU (Electronic Control Module) development process (APQP, DFSS)
？ Experience with infotainment system/ component design verification process and test planning/ execution
？ In-depth knowledge in Head Unit software & hardware development
？ Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
？ Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and etc.)
？ Excellent communication skills
？ Fluent in verbal and written English
？ The ideal candidate should have experience ranging from conceptualization through production
？ Open-minded, proactive, with team spirit, can work under pressure
