Key responsibilities/主要职责:

1.Production Technologist / Process Engineer determine the processes and preparation of documentation, materials and process routing for production.
生产技术员/工艺工程师负责文件与物料的准备和生产工艺流程的制定；
2.Specify tests and, where necessary, develop new production procedures. Provides technical training, changes in work procedures and specifies the amount of materials to support the Operational Strategy.
提出测试方案、开发新生产流程；提供技术培训和作业流程变更，确定物料数量。
3.Introduces and manages new technical procedures into the production procedure.
为生产流程引进新的工艺并进行管理；
4.Leads the introduction of associated documentation.
主导相关文件资料的引入。
5.On time delivery of:
及时完成以下工作内容：
1）Bill of materials in accordance with production schedule
依据生产计划制作物料清单；
2）Production processes, taking ac of material requirements, production times and engineering change requests.
制作生产流程，需考虑物料要求、生产时间和设计变更要求等因素；
3）Prescribe tool and jig requirements for the production process.
为生产流程指定工具及工装要求；
4）Designs jigs and specifies tools
工装设计和工具规格
6.Contribute to root cause analysis, non-conformity reporting and PFMEA procedures as directed by the Technical Manager.
按技术主管要求，参与根本原因分析、不符合项报告和PFMEA（过程故障模式影响分析）流程；
7.Ensure all engineering documents and processes are d in response to changes agreed through the Design Authority.
确保所有设计文件和流程按照设计部门的变更及时更新；
8.Provide support for engineering and other departments to produce cost and time estimates for processes and products.
为设计与其它部门制定成本与周期预算提供支持；
9.Provide proactive support to production including investigation and resolution of operational problems and concerns.
主动为生产提供支持，包括运营问题及其它方面问题的调查与解决；
10.Continuously identify and deliver process improvements in existing processes through the elimination of waste and application of Lean methodologies.
通过消除浪费和精益方法的应用，持续发现问题、实现现有工艺的改善；
11.Provide interpretation of drawings in accordance with project specifications’
按照项目说明书提供图纸说明；
12.Collaborate as appropriate when creating documents for supply and demand.
为供应/需求文件的制定提供支持；
13.Cooperate with other workers the departments of the company.
与公司其它部门的工人进行合作；
14.Work with ERP system Baan and other databases used in the company.
Baan ERP系统及其它公司所使用的数据库的应用；
15.Create, translate and handle documents for internal regulations, operating instructions, etc.
制定、翻译及处理内部规章、作业指导书等文件；

Requirements/工作要求:

1.Significant relevant experience in an engineering environment or Degree with experience in electrical engineering or production engineering
工程环境工作经验，或者电气工程或生产工程学历及工作经验；
2.Experience working in a similar role at a generator/transformer/large motor Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) desirable.
有大型旋转机械OEM工厂类似职位的工作经验者优先；
3.Contribution to Improvement processes with personal experience of delivering Lean methodologies
通过自身精益工作经验实现工艺改良。
4.Proven track record in effective application of problem solving techniques, including root cause analysis, PFMEA desirable
各种问题解决方法（如根本原因分析法等）有效应用的业绩记录；PFMEA工作经验；
5.Knowledge of the design, manufacture and testing of HV coil, insulation systems and technologies.
HV线圈、绝缘系统的设计、制造与测试相关知识和技术；
6.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, methodologies, procedures etc. utilised within the design and manufacture of associated equipment in the production environment.
知晓同类产品的设计与制造过程中常用的设计技巧、工具、方法和流程；
7.Computer literate, specifically: Word, Excel, 2D / 3D CAD, or similar technical drawing software.
会使用Word, Excel, 2D/3D CAD或类似设计软件。
8.Excellent communication skills in Chinese & English – both written and oral, including relevant technical phrases.
